Comparative analysis of seed priming on the germination and growth of lentil landraces (Lens culinaris Medik)

Seed priming was carried out to determine the effect of different agents on seed germination and growth landraces lentils. The two factorial experiments were in a completely blocked design which one is 7 treatments, i.e., PEG (10%), Boric acid (0.1%), Urea (2%), (5%), DAP CaCO3 (2%) & Control. Other landraces, Sunwarshi-LR1 Rangeli-LR2, collected from locations Morang district, replicated three times. overall performance better Sunwarshi-LR1, but no significant difference observed individual treatment. interaction between seems effective energy, whereas non-significant speed vigor index. shoot length at 10 20 DAT, result obtained 30 DAT. root important shows with (10%).
